"Back To Eden" by Jethro Kloss is a classic that is still useful today. I stay away from GMO stuff. Big pharmacy does not want us to be healthy naturally. The cash for them is in their drugs. I will check out your blog. Looks interesting. Attachments:

thanks baobab, what did you think of the blog? sorry I haven't been online in awhile...unfortunately gmos are still legal in the west, nowhere else in the world can they mix it in with regular product without labeling first.
what I find interesting is mass production.
if you have an orange tree, and it naturally produces 50 oranges. then you selectively breed it to produce 100 oranges, you only get half the nutrients per orange as it does not have the leaf and root structure to support the high load. it still absorbs the same amount of water and nutrients from the earth as it did with 50 oranges. so it cuts the value per orange in half.
I like to gather wild plants and make dehydrated stew mixes out of them, just grab a handful of wild veggies and add it too your stew along with your regular. helps offset the lack of value in the commercial, and the commercial offsets the strong taste of the wild.
