not sure how to handle him...he is the US president NOT the rest of the worlds. his job is to make life easier and more prosperous for the US. no one else. I really don't see how he's doing anything but that.

The real situation is the clash of two philosophies. On the one side the globalists that are after the New World Order which means the dismantling of the USA. On the other hand there is the Nationalists of which Trump is a part.
The declaration of war between the two was effectively declared in this speech.

Trump will probably do anything $heldon Adelson wants him to do. If Adelson did not want the U.S. embassy moved to Jerusalem it would have stayed in Tel Aviv. Trump is not the problem. He is a symptom of a much deeper problem. America has no vision. Corporate Empires lack vision and cannot sustain themselves indefinitely. A spiritual vacuum is created. All I really need to be concerned about is the Great Commission. Regardless of politics. I like simple.

I think you identified the problem with the vision lack. In a corporate world the idea is to gain control over the whole board but then it is to retain control only.

Ok got it, But you have to admit that those Romans really knew how to build a wall ! I do not see many walls built today that will last 2000 years.

Boabab, you hit the nail on the head on where our focus should be directed. However this does warrant some discussion. both sides seem to have become obsessive on the subject. and I know there are spiritual elements being introduced, he seems to be canalizing a process in the US.

"However this does warrant some discussion." Most definitely. We are to be wise as serpents and harmeless as doves.
Anti Christian.
There are two main aspects. Many believers do not understand the dynamics at hand. Enemy of the Gospel is either a threat or not a threat. It is important to know which is which. Islam is an enemy of the Gospel but not a threat to the Gospel. It does not claim to be Gospel. Mayo's communism was a huge enemy of the Gospel but was no threat to the Gospel but rather acted as a catylist to spread revival.
The social gospel is an enemy if the Gospel and also a threat to the Gospel. It claims to be Christianity but it is not. It is a foul bastardization of the Gospel that man can wrap his understanding around and pretend it is truth. The state if lukewarmness is an enemy of the Gospel and a threat to the Gospel. So much a threat that Jesus spits it out if His mouth.
God is sending judgement to nations. America is no exception. For the believers it will be a purifying fire. To psuedo believers it will appear as just fire from the devil and nothing else. Part of the judgment will be an attack on Christianity with an emphasis on true believers. Once again God's people will be accused of messing up man's kingdom. "If the believers would just shut up and leave us alone so we can get on with our ingenious plans!". We are to pray for our leaders and our nation. Our prayers must be in line with God's plan with unction from the Holy Spirit. To pray against judgment is spiritual suicide. If God does not bring judgment there will be no healing. Without healing all is useless.
God will not allow His bride to form a theocracy before Jesus returns. We are not promised secular power this side of Jesus' return. The world will grow more and more anti Gospel. Against this black bleak background the true believers will shine like the sun. People will enquire about the hope that is within us.

Actually Baobab I would call that an accurate take on the situation but would add a bit regarding the persecutions.
No one is forced to join the kingdom of God. All the Christians are basically volunteers under Christ. If someone wants to turn their back on God and walk away there is nothing to stop them and God will not hinder them either. But God does intervene when those that want no part take action to hinder those that do want to come to God. He does protect his own.
As such the greatest cause of the judgements is the hindrance and blocks those in power are putting up to stop the next generation from coming to God and submitting to Christ.
